Initial Evaluation, 50 minutes:  $150

Individual sessions, 45-55 minutes: $150

Family sessions, 50 minutes: $225

Couples session, 50 minutes: $225

Currently accepting BCBS, United, Aetna, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, Ambetter, Cigna, Molina, only. 

All clients are required to have an account with Headway. Payments will be taken through the portal. 

All billing for insurance: BCBS, Oxford, United, Aetna, Cigna, and Oscar Healthcare is managed by Headway. Please contact Headway for any insurance questions. Questions for Ambetter and Molina will be directed to myself. 

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged $75.
